Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

We’re committed to delivering you the authentic aroma and crunch of real Amritsari papads. Here’s our straightforward policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds:

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the product has been shipped, no cancellation will be entertained.
  • To cancel an order, simply WhatsApp us with your Order ID as soon as possible.

Return Policy

Since our products are food items, we follow a strict no-return policy to ensure hygiene and product integrity. Returns will only be accepted in the following rare cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged product received (with unboxing proof)
  • Missing product from the order

In such cases, share clear photos/videos with us within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • The order is cancelled before dispatch
  • The product is out of stock and we’re unable to fulfill your order
  • A valid return case (as stated above) is verified by our team
  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided for taste preferences or opened packs.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the claim doesn’t meet our return policy guidelines.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method or via UPI/Bank transfer within 5–7 working days.

Important Notes:

  • COD orders are not eligible for refund unless the return case is valid and verified.
