How Anardana Papads are made?
Preparing Amritsari papads is an old age technique which includes preparing the product with raw materials and using Sun dried method to dry it. Below are the steps used to prepare our Anardana papads:
Kneading the Dough: The ingredients like urad dal flour and spices (Blackpepper, Jeera, Salt, Hing etc.) are mixed together to form a dough.
Rolling of Papads: Small portions of dough are rolled out into thin & round discs. Pomegranate seeds are either mixed into the dough or sprinkled on top after rolling.
Sun Drying: The rolled papads are then dried using sun drying techniques for several hours.
